Properties:

1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) is an organophosphoric acid corrosion inhibitor. HEDP can chelate with Fe, Cu, and Zn ions to form stable chelating compounds. HEDP can dissolve the oxidized materials on these metals’ surfaces. It shows excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects under temperature 250???. 1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) has good chemical stability under high pH value, hard to be hydrolyzed, and hard to be decomposed under ordnary light and heat conditions. Its acid/alkali and chlorine oxidation tolerance are better than that of other organophosphoric acids (salt). 1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid can react with metal ions in water system to form hexa-element chelating complex, with calcium ion in particular. Therefore, HEDP has good antiscale and visible threshold effects. When built together with other water treatment chemicals, it shows good synergistic effects.


The solid state of 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid is crystal powder, suitable for usage in winter and freezing districts. Because of its high purity, it can be used as cleaning agent in electronic fields and as additives in daily chemicals.

 

Usage:
1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) Used as scale and corrosion inhibition in circulating cool water system, oil field and low-pressure boilers in fields such as electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, fertilizer, etc. In light woven industry, 1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) is used as detergent for metal and nonmetal. In dyeing industry, HEDP is used as peroxide stabilizer and dye-fixing agent; in non-cyanide electroplating, it is used as chelating agent. The dosage of 1-10mg/l is preferred as scale inhibitor, 10-50mg/l as corrosion inhibitor, and 1000-2000mg/l as detergent. Usually, 1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) is used together with polycarboxylic acid.

SANCORE POLII 1355 is a highly effective scale inhibitor in industrial water treatment.


Application:

Carbonates and sulfates scale inhibitor. Particularly effective for harsh running conditions copolymer (high pH, high temperature, high scalants concentration).


SANCORE POLII 1355 inhibits scale build up on surfaces through at least three mechanisms:

  • Solubility enhancement or threshold effect, which reduces precipitation of sparingly soluble inorganic salts.
  • Crystal modification, which deforms the growing inorganic salt crystal to give small, irregular, readily fractured crystals that do not adhere well to surfaces.
  • Dispersing activity, which prevents precipitated crystals or other inorganic particulates from agglomerating and depositing on surfaces.

Application:
Scale inhibitor for carbonates, sulfates and sparingly soluble salts for acidic formulations


Properties:

It is a low molecular weight polyacrylate with excellent inhibition effect for calcium carbonate in industry circulating cool water system; It can also be used as antiscalant and dispersant in Boiler and Oil field water systems; SANCORE POLII 1748shows good anti-scale efficiency at low dosage over a wide range of pH, hardness and temperature conditions.


Usage:

SANCORE POLII 1748 can be used alone with the general dosage 10-30mg/L. When used with other water treatment chemicals in formulations, the dosage should be determined by experiment according to the water and equipment condition.

SANCORE POLII 1725 is a polyacrylic acid hydrophilic colloidal solution, similar in properties to water-soluble natural gums. It is supplied as a clear, colorless, viscous stable solution. Applications include the modification of aqueous formulations for such end uses as cleaners, binders, adhesives, and emulsion paints. The sodium, potassium, and ammonium salts are effective thickeners and dispersants useful in both natural and synthetic latex systems.

  • Surface treatment application. (5% solution)


The sodium, potassium, and ammonium salts of SANCORE POLII 1725 acid is an effective dispersant for various pigments such as zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, and barium sulfate. The lack of color of these dispersants offers an advantage in making dispersions in which darkly colored natural dispersants may affect shading. Because of their hydrolytic and thermal stability, the alkali salts of SANCORE POLII 1725 acid retain their dispersant activity for prolonged periods.

Application

SANCORE POLII 1337 provides superior stabilization of calcium phosphate, zinc and calcium carbonate. It also prevents calcium sulfate and calcium oxalate scales, even in extreme pH environments (pH 4-10).


In addition, SANCORE POLII 1337 is a strong dispersant in keeping the silt and commonly encountered inorganic particles suspended and in preventing their settling out onto heat transfer surfaces.

Acrylic Acid-2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpropane Sulfonic Acid Copolymer is the copolymer of acrylic acid and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS). Due to including carboxylic group (scale inhibition and dispersion) and sulfonic acid group (strong polarity) in this copolymer, AA/AMPS has high calcium tolerance and good scale inhibition for calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate and zinc scale. When built with organophosphorus, the synergic effect is obvious. Acrylic Acid-2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpropane Sulfonic Acid Copolymer is suitable to be used in water quality of high pH and high alkaline, it is one of the ideal scale inhibitor and dispersant on high concentration index.

Usage:

SANCORE POLII 1940: Poly DADMAC

This product (technically named Poly Dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride) is cationic polymer and it can be completely dissolved in water.

Application Field:

Colour Precipitant/ Cationic Polyelectrolyte

  • The polymer body contains strong cationic group radical and activated-adsorbent group radical which can destabilize and flocculate the suspended solids and the negative-charged water soluble matters in the waste water through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption. It is very effective in flocculation, decoloring, sterilizing and removing organics.
  • The product enjoys small dosage but can cause big flocs, rapid precipitation and low turbidity residue, and it can also produce small amount of sludge. It is adaptable to wide range of pH value, between 4.0 to 10.0.
  • It is smel less, tasteless and harmless. It can be widely used to treat source water and sewage water.
